Aspiring 2D Animator

I am a 15-year-old aspiring 2D animator with a background in traditional drawing experience transitioning into the world of 2D animation. My inspiration comes from the storytelling and art style found in Zelda, Steven Universe, The Owl House, She-Ra, Undertale, and Arcane.

Initially, my imagination was expressed through playing the piano; however, I have come to be more interested in the visual arts. My artistic foundation has been shaped by my year at Kinder HSPVA in Houston, Texas (Visual Arts Department). I have continued this momentum in Paris through my “Art & Academics” curriculum, in which I commit three afternoons a week to fine arts practice.

While refining my artistic skills through the Gobelins High School Program, I have dedicated myself to the exploration of the art of movement while bringing my characters to life. I have just begun my journey in 2D animation; however, I have a clear goal set before me to create a story with solid world-building, complex characters with good character design and plot. 

I am currently seeking a 2-week work observation in an animation studio from June 1st to June 15th, 2026.
